Abstract
It was established that the presence of hypermobility of the joints affects a part of the indicators of the physical condition: in front of all on the state of the cardiovascular system, the musculoskeletal system, the indicators of physical development (heart rate, lumen, Stange and Gench test, the dynamometry of the right and left brush, lungs), functional state (somatic health), ability to work, physical fitness, tend to deteriorate, depending on the severity of the hypermobility of the joints. The revealed relationship of hypermobility of the joints with the physical state indicators is of great practical importance for teachers of physical education and can be used as an accessible method for a differentiated approach in physical education classes. This allowed to recommend a differentiated approach to physical education classes for students with joint hypermobility. A differentiated approach was developed taking into account the provisions of the theory and method of physical education. The basis is the purpose, tasks, principles, methods, forms of occupations, means and features of physical activity. Attention was drawn to the choice of means of physical education and physical activity in accordance with the level of physical fitness and functional capabilities of the body of students of medical colleges with joint hypermobility. The scheme of prognostication and prevention of functional complications, which helps to determine the features of physical condition, improves the quality of prediction of adaptive reactions of the organism to various physical loads, especially reactions of the cardiovascular system, is developed and proposed. Particular attention during classes on physical education of students with hypermobility within the norm was given to the development of flexibility, with moderately pronounced and significant hypermobility of the development of strength qualities and strengthening of the locomotor apparatus. All students were encouraged to use stretching exercises and coordination exercises, taking into account the low level of development of these qualities. Improvement of other physical qualities was carried out in accordance with the curriculum on physical education. The level of physical activity was determined according to the level of functional state of the students, depending on the degree of severity of the joint hypermobility. For the first time, a scientifically grounded differentiated approach in the program for physical education of students with hypermobility of joints due to the complex application of means and physical activity planning f or improving the physical condition and preparation for professional activity. The peculiarities of the physical condition of students with joint hypermobility were determined, and the relationship between hypermobility of the joints and muscular strength, speed, agility, general and strength endurance was determined, which provided opportunities for determining the method of differentiation of means of physical education and physical activity. The positive effect of the differentiated approach to physical activity on improving the physical condition of the students with joint hypermobility is experimentally confirmed.
