Abstract
Підтвердженням актуальності потреби у вдосконаленні професійної підготовки магістрів з фізичного виховання виступає існуюча невідповідність змісту вищої фізкультурної освіти новим соціальним вимогам в освіті, новим потребам особистості та суспільства, умовами життя і діяльності студентів і випускників різних спеціальностей. Протиріччя, які існують у педагогічній системі засвоєння теоретичного потенціалу фізичної культури у ході навчально-виховного процесу у фізкультурних вишах (і на факультетах фізичного виховання) стримують зростання якості отримуваної фізкультурної освіти, професійних і особистих якостей цих студентів-магістрів, не забезпечують високого професійного рівня викладацького складу кафедр фізичного виховання новим поповненням. The comparative analysis of the pithy side of standards of bachelors’ teaching, who are engaged in "Physical education" and Masters of Physical Education and Sport is conducted in the article. Some contradictions from the point of view of ideal and real final result of educational process in modern institutes of higher education on different stages of students’ teaching are discovered. The current law "On Higher Education" has created the sufficient conditions for reforming of high school physical education practice, the core of which is foundations of healthy living spreading. The researchers and practitioners’ efforts regarding conservation of founded in the Soviet Union body-based "physical education", that is the core of the traditional professional-applied physical training, must be coped with its reform through theoretical and methodological rationale of forms and ways of formation of bachelors’ competences in physical education. The confirmation of the relevance of need to improve the training of masters in physical education is the existing discrepancy between the content of higher physical education and new social demands in education, new needs of an individual and society, and living conditions of students and graduates of different specialties. The content of educational-vocational training program for master's degrees in physical education is not focused on the formation of a studentbachelor as a subject of physical activity. The lack of coordination of the directions of two considered educational-vocational programs makes it impossible in practice the successful forming of competencies of specialists bachelors of physical education by already working teachers of department of physical education in universities. The contradictions that exist in the educational system of learning the theoretical potential of physical training during the educational process in physical education universities (and at the Faculty of Physical Education) restrain the growth of quality of received physical education and students-masters’ professional and personal qualities and do not provide high professional level of departments of physical education with new employees.
