Abstract
Проведено комплексне дослідження функціонального стану печінки 344 хворих на ранній прихований сифіліс (РПС) та 30 практично здорових осіб групи контролю. Встановлено, що порушення функції печінки у хворих тільки на РПС були найменш суттєві, у хворих на РПС з конфекцією до гепатиту В – були виражені у більшій мірі та у хворих на РПС з конфекцією до гепатитів В і С – були найбільш суттєвими. Зроблено висновок про те, що загальні шляхи інфікування сифілісом і вірусними гепатитами потребують внесення коректив щодо нормативних документів МОЗ України, а саме – обов’язкове обстеження хворих на сифіліс і на вірусні гепатити В і С. Ураження печінки при сифілісі спостерігається вже на ранніх стадіях хвороби, коморбідні стани (гепатити В і С) суттєво порушують функціональну спроможність печінки у хворих на РПС. У лікувальні програми щодо РПС з конфекцією до вірусних гепатитів В і С потрібно вносити корективи, а саме, такі хворі потребують призначення препаратів, які корегують функції печінки. A comprehensive study of the functional status of the liver of 344 patients with early latent syphilis (ELS) and 30 healthy individuals of the control group has been carried out. It has been found that liver dysfunctions in patients with ELS only are less significant, in patients with ELS with confection for hepatitis B – are more pronounced and in patients with ELS with confection for hepatitis B and C – are the most significant. The conclusion that common ways of infection with syphilis and viral hepatitis require an adjustment of the normative documents of Health Ministry of Ukraine, namely the mandatory testing of syphilis patients with viral hepatitis B and C must be made. The liver lesion under syphilis has been observed in the early stages of the disease, the comorbid conditions (hepatitis B and C) have substantially violated the functional capacity of the liver in patients with ELS. In the treatment programs for ELS with confection to viral hepatitis B and C there is a need to make adjustments, namely, such patients need prescription of drugs correcting liver function.
