Abstract
Запропоновано методи підвищення ефективності лікування хворих на артропатичний псоріаз (АП) шляхом урахування клінічних шкірних і суглобних проявів захворювання із залученням нових лікарських засобів, які мають патогенетичну спрямованість. Робота базується на аналізі результатів обстеження та лікування 60 хворих на АП віком від 18 до 70 років. Розроблена комплексна терапія хворих на АП забезпечила сприятливі найближчі та віддалені результати; вона супроводжувалася позитивною динамікою ПОЛ і антиоксидантної системи, достовірним зниженням загальної кількості Т-лімфоцитів, позитивною динамікою показника імунорегуляторного індексу та функціональної активності лімфоцитів. Проведені дослідження свідчать, що застосування запропонованої комбінованої методики лікування хворих на АП з використанням гелю з бішофітом, фітобальзаму і глутоксиму має значний позитивний потенціал і сприяє зниженню ендогенної інтоксикації, нормалізації показників ПОЛ, антиоксидантної системи, імунної відповіді, що приводить до позитивної модифікації і регресу клінічних проявів, завершенню патологічного процесу, зниженню кількості рецидивів та підвищенню якості життя пацієнтів. The methods are proposed to improve the effectiveness of treating patients with artropatiс psoriasis (AP) by taking into account the clinical cutaneous and articular manifestations of the disease with the use of the new drugs having pathogenic orientation. The work is based on an analysis of the results of examination and treatment of 60 patients with AP aged 18 to 70 years. The proposed comprehensive treatment of patients with AP provides favorable short- and long-term results, and is accompanied by positive dynamics of lipid peroxidation and antioksidanotn system, a reliable decrease in the total number of T-lymphocytes, positive dynamics of the immunoregulatory index and the functional activity of lymphocytes. The investigation suggests that the use of the proposed combined method of treating patients with AP with the use of the gel Bishofit, fitobalzam, glyutoksim has a significant positive potential and furthers the reduction of the endogenous intoxication, the normalization of the lipid peroxidation, antioxidant system, immune response, leading to positive modifications and regression of clinical manifestations, the resolution of the pathological process, reducing the number of relapses and improving the quality of patients’ life.
