Abstract
Стаття присвячена аналізу кількісних характеристик скоротливого апарата міокарда на ранніх етапах постнатальному онтогенезу. Механізми міофібрилогенезу в різних відділах серця і зонах серцевої стінки здійснюються принципово подібним чином, проте відомості про ступінь їх виразності, співвідношення і швидкість перебігу в різних ділянках міокарда мають суперечливий характер. Завдяки аналізу стерео-метричних характеристик існує можливість отримати найбільш повний обсяг даних щодо формування окремих структур скоротливого апарата. У статті розкривається питань щодо формування компонентів міофібрилярного апарата як у нормі, так і за умов впливу ендо– та екзогенних факторів у різних зонах шлуночкового міокарда. The article is devoted to the analysis of quantitative characteristics of the contractive apparatus of the myocardium in the early stages of postnatal ontogenesis. Mechanisms of myofibrilogenesis in different parts of the heart and zones of the cardiac wall are carried out in a fundamentally similar manner, but information about the degree of their expressiveness, the ratio and rate of flow in different parts of the myocardium are controversial. Due to the analysis of stereometric characteristics, it is possible to obtain the most complete data on the formation of individual structures of the contractive apparatus. The article reveals the issues concerning the formation of components of the myofibrillar apparatus both in normal and under the influence of endo– and exogenous factors in different zones of the ventricular myocardium.
