Abstract

В последнее время проблема депрессивного синдрома у больных ХОЗЛ часто привлекает внимание врачей и ученых. Цель исследования: определить взаимосвязь наличия депрессивного синдрома у больных ХОЗЛ с выраженностью у них клинических симптомов ХОЗЛ и уровнем функциональных нарушений. Было определено, что на формирование депрессивного синдрома у больных ХОЗЛ могут влиять высокая выраженность клинических симптомов ХОЗЛ в целом, снижение толерантности к физической нагрузке, большая длительность заболевания, низкое качество жизни.
