Abstract
В статье представлены результаты эмпирического исследования взаимосвязей изменения анатомо-топографических особенностей тканей протезного ложа у больных с полным отсутствием зубов, которые пользуются съемными протезами, с полом и возрастом пациентов. Установлена специфичность этой связи, а именно: инволютивные изменения костной составляющей наиболее выражены в возрасте 60 лет и более; наиболее подверженные участки – задняя часть неба и альвеолярный отросток. Показано, что атрофические процессы в тканях протезного ложа при использовании полных съемных протезов как лечебных средств является наиболее агрессивным фактором, что существенно ухудшает условия повторной реабилитации пациентов и снижает уровень жизни больного. The article presents the results of an empirical study of the relationship between the changes in the anatomical and topographical features of the tissues of the prosthetic bed in patients with complete absence of teeth, which use removable prostheses, with the sex and age of the patients. The specificity of this connection is established, namely: the invasive changes in the bone component are most pronounced at the age of 60 years and more; The most susceptible area is the hindquarter of the sky and the alveolar sprout. It is shown that atrophic processes in the tissues of the prosthetic bed using full removable prostheses as a therapeutic agent is the most aggressive factor, which significantly degrades the conditions for rehabilitation of patients and reduces the patient's standard of living.
