Abstract

Предложена оптимизация методов лечебной физической культуры при гастроэзофагельной рефлюксной болезни за счет включения в комплекс лечебной гимнастики регламентированных дыхательных упражнений с учетом уровня активности вегетативной нервной системы, определяемой перед каждым занятием, в сочетании с элементами йоговских асан. С целью коррекции психоэмоционального состояния и для усиления эффективности применения методов физической реабилитации предложена аутогенная тренировка. Considered modern views on the treatment and rehabilitation of one of the most common gastrointestinal patholo­gy is gastroesophageal reflux disease. Marked etiopathogenetic role of the state of tonus of the vegetative nervous system in this disease. The urgency of finding alternative methods of treatment and rehabilitation due to the frequent recurrence of the disease and development of complications. It considers the basic views on the use of means of medical physical cul­ ture and characterized the mechanisms of medical action of physical exercises. The proposed optimization methods of medical physical culture in gastroesophageal reflux disease by inclusion in the complex of therapeutic exercises regle­ mentierung breathing exercises based on the level of activity of the autonomic nervous system, defined before each class, combined with elements of yoga asanas. For the pur­ pose of correcting emotional state and to enhance the effec­ tiveness of application of methods of physical rehabilitation offered autogenic training.
