Abstract
В статті проаналізовано роль викладацького складу та адміністрації вищого навчального закладу в організації гуманітарно-виховної роботи зі студентами-медиками. За мету поставлено – визначення основних форм, засобів та напрямків гуманітарно-виховної роботи, як важливих складових забезпечення сучасної організації у вищій школі процесу виховання всебічно розвиненої особистості. Дбаючи про створення оптимальних умов для отримання вищої освіти, не варто виносити завдання виховання за рамки навчального процесу, слід враховувати ефективність великого спектру видів діяльності: навчальних занять, лекцій, наукових гуртків, творчих студій, екскурсій, походів, різноманітних категорій суспільно-корисної праці та інше. Отже, гуманітарно-виховна робота в структурних підрозділах Державного закладу «Дніпропетровська медична академія МОЗ України» проводиться активно та всебічно, поряд з цим потребує постійного вдосконалення, пошуку і приведення в дію нових форм роботи і методів. Досягнення мети виховання можливе лише за умов комплексного підходу і залучення до цієї роботи всього професорсько-викладацького складу вищого навчального закладу, адміністрації, органів студентського самоврядування та громадських об’єднань студентської молоді.The article presents the results of the analysis of role of teaching staff and administration of a higher educational institution in organizing of humanitarian- upbringing work with medical students. The main tasks, means and directions of humanitarian- upbringing work are defined, as important components of the modern organization of education process of a comprehensively developed individual in a higher school. To create the best conditions for higher education, during learning process upbringing should be conducted with the use of a wide range of forms of activity: study lessons, lectures, scientific circles, creative studios, excursions, hikes, various forms and types of socio- useful work and more. Consequently, the humanitarian-upbringing work in the structural subdivisions of the SE "Dnipropetrovsk Medical Academy of the HM of Ukraine" is active and comprehensive. Along with this requires continuous improvement and introduction of new forms of work and techniques. Upbringing should be creative in nature, focusing on the problems associated with the specifics of each faculty and course. Achievement of the goal of education is possible only in the context of an integrated approach and the involvement of the professorial-teaching staff of higher education, administration, the student government associations and student youth.
