Abstract

The article discusses approaches to the treatment of combat bihemispheric craniocerebral wounds, the chosen tactics, and surgical techniques in a specific series of 14 clinical cases. Various predictors of poor outcome according to the literature and their statistical significance in a series of cases are considered. Treatment response and complications are presented. Conclusions have been made based on selected treatment approaches and obtained response.
