Abstract

В статье проанализированы особенности нарушений биохимического гомеостаза у больных и инвалидов вследствие хронического обструктивного заболевания легких, которые приводят к прогрессированию заболевания и осложняют его течение. Показаны особенности биохимических сдвигов в зависимости от наличия коморбидной ишемической болезни сердца, которые необходимо учитывать при проведении реабилитации таких больных. The paper analyzes the characteristics of the biochemical disorders of homeostasis in patients and persons with disabilities due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which lead to the progression of the disease and making it difficult for him. The features of biochemical changes depending on availability of comorbid coronary heart disease, to be considered in the process of rehabilitation of such patients.
