Abstract

The aim of the study was to establish the structural features of the heart myocardium under the action of local hypothermia. The use of cardioplegic solution to cool the heart allows you to maintain the normal structure of the myocardium, while maintaining the structural organization. Dry cooling of the heart causes destructive changes in the myocardium, namely the defibering of myofibrils, their destruction, increased intercellular spaces. Метою дослідження було встановлення структурних особливостей міокарда серця при дії місцевої гіпотермії. Використання кардіоплегічного розчину для охолодження серця дозволяє зберегти нормальну будову міокарда, зі збереженням структурної організації. Сухе охолодження серця викликає деструктивні зміни в міокарді, а саме розволокнення міофібріл, їх руйнування, збільшення міжклітинних просторів.
