Abstract

The main causes of disability in type 2 diabetes mellitis in combination with cardiovascular diseases were studied. It was shown that the most significant groups offactors that influenced on the onset of disability were comorbidity .(the preience of uncompensated conco,mitant diseases, including cardiovasculqr), features of diabetes course (the severity of diabetes, the needfor insulin therapy, the level of compensation, etc.) and the disadvantages of medical cere: non-compliance with the standards of diagnosis and treatment, inadequate treatment and inaccessibility of specialized endo crinological care.
