Abstract
A comparative assessment of the quality of life of ambulatory patients with arterial hypertension of stages I-II according to the results of the SF-36 questionnaire was studied depending on the presence or absence of coronary heart disease or diabetes mellitus. It was established that the quality of life, in accordance with the gender of patients with arterial hypertension I-II stage, was reduced in all scales forming both physical and psychological components of health. There were significant differences in the results in the presence of coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus. In men with arterial hypertension I-II stage and coronary heart disease, we identified a decreasing in vitality, physical, role physical and role emotional functioning.
