Abstract
Сучасна медична освіта вимагає нових підходів до процесу навчання в інтернатурі. Гумор створює спокійні, захоплюючі та безпечні обставини. Розслаблена сміхом група в більшій мірі готова до діалогу, що в підсумку полегшує роботу викладача і дозволяє знайти контакт з аудиторією. Крім психологічної, використання гумору на навчальному занятті виконує й андрагогічну функцію. За спостереженням, проведеним в межах відвідування відкритих та пілотних занять з опитуванням лікарів-інтернів, максимальна доречна кількість гумористичних ситуацій під час двогодинного заняття – 6, а збільшення «дози» вже починає відволікати від навчального матеріалу. Запропоновані нами у гумористичному стилі питання викликали неабиякий інтерес аудиторії, окрім цього надавали певну інформацію для консолідації отриманих знань у пам’яті молодих колег (виживання знань).Modern medical education requires new approaches to the learning process in the internship. Humor creates a calm, exciting and safe environment. The group, relaxed by laughter, is more ready for dialogue, which ultimately facilitates the work of the teacher and allows you to find contact with the audience. In addition to psychological, the use of humor in a training lesson also performs an andragogical function. During the observation conducted as part of attending open and pilot classes when interviewing interns, the maximum appropriate number of humorous situations during a two-hour lesson is 6, and the increase in the “dose” is already starting to distract from the training material. The questions we proposed in a humorous style aroused great interest of the audience, in addition, they provided certain information for consolidating the knowledge gained in the memory of young colleagues (survival of knowledge).
